All products sold are vintage or antique in nature. Signs of age, patina, and minor imperfections are part of their historical character and are not considered defects or grounds for return.

You acknowledge that:

  • Products are selected arbitrarily by us, based on weight category (e.g., 100g, 200g, 500g+), and not individually chosen by the customer.

  • By placing an order, you agree to receive a curated, handpicked item as part of a surprise-based model.

We do not offer any warranty—express or implied—on fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or exact likeness to images or past items.

Use of our site and services constitutes agreement to our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and this Legal Disclaimer.

Refund Policy 

Return eligibility:

  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged in transit or does not match the described weight category or material.

  • We do not accept returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the surprise selection.

To request a return:

  • Contact us at hello@littletreasuresart.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

  • Include clear photos showing the damage and original packaging.

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Refund process:

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To note

Non-returnable items:

  • Items that meet the stated standards but differ in appearance due to our curated selection process.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
